We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
We accept returns for:
- Items that are defective or damaged on arrival
- Fitment issues
- Products that don't meet your expectations (“change of mind”)
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
- Photos are required for damage or fitment-related claims
- Damage or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
We reserve the right to offer a suitable replacement first in the case of fitment issues before issuing a refund.
Change of Mind
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason (e.g. not as expected), you may return it within 30 days, provided:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- All original packaging is included
- A restocking fee of $10 may apply for handling and reinspection
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or special-order items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us at hello@70seriesstore.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue to help us process your return quickly. We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or exchange where appropriate.
Warranty Returns
If your item is covered under a manufacturer or store warranty, contact us and we’ll help you initiate the warranty process. Proof of purchase and photos may be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original and place a new order. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue your refund.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For approved refunds, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount
