Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During peak periods (e.g. major sales or holiday seasons), processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a second email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Please note that free shipping is not applicable in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, please email us at hello@70seriesstore.com with your name and order number. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers may have limitations when delivering to P.O. Boxes. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please contact us in advance so we can confirm service availability.

In-store Pickup

We are an online-only business and do not offer in-person pickups. However, we pride ourselves on prompt support — we aim to respond to all customer messages and emails within 1–2 business days.
